TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Citrus County male is experiencing a demand of building a damaging product – in this scenario, an egg-formed machine loaded with black gun powder and wrapped in electrical tape, according to deputies.
In accordance to Citrus County deputies, 53-year-previous William Skaggs of Floral City made a few gadgets that the sheriff’s office bomb squad located at his dwelling.
