Lodi Unified School District ‘cybersecurity issue’ affecting phones, computer systems

Phones are down along with network and computer systems at the Lodi Unified School District due to a “cybersecurity issue” on Monday, the district said. A spokesperson said the issue was affecting phones at the district’s office, Davis Elementary School, Ellerth Larson Elementary School, Lockeford Elementary School, Oakwood Elementary School and Tokay Colony Elementary School. Students are not in class this week for fall break at those schools. But Middle College High School and Valley Robotics Academy are in session. Middle College is using Delta College’s network. Valley Robotics is operating without the use of the internet, a spokesperson said. This story is developing. Stay with KCRA 3 for updates.
